Context
Froneri needed to rethink a scalable platform that promoted global consistency and effectiveness across their portfolio. Facing hosting issues and security concerns with their former site, the challenge was to create a visually engaging, digestible platform capable of catering to the diverse needs of 20+ local markets while reducing reliance on developers.
Connection
We embarked on a collaborative journey to revamp the digital ecosystem, moving to Strapi to improve performance and empower the client team to build product pages independently. This approach established absolute ownership and acted as a structured framework for shared learnings and a shared product roadmap across the business.
Creative
We crafted a fresh, cohesive brand UI that seamlessly integrates across all aspects of their digital presence. By building an efficient, accessible component suite, we optimised the UX to showcase the extensive portfolio, adding flavour to each brand’s unique personality through bespoke micro-interactions and animations.
Impact
The new component library proved scalable and flexible, streamlining design and development processes for rapid growth. This strategic foundation enabled the successful launch of multiple ice-cream brands throughout 2023 and 2024 — including Oreo, Cadbury, and Milka. Ensuring a consistent yet distinct digital experience for each subsidiary.
